AccuStandard offers an extensive product line of high quality, easy to use, and affordable petroleum Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) for a variety of petroleum testing applications. Our petroleum product CRMs cover a broad range of products for all of your analytical needs. Products include standards for over 100 ASTM test methods, such as D5769, which has been recognized as the USEPA method for the determination of total aromatics in gasoline, Sulfur and Nitrogen in many different matrices, and Physical Property Standards. Additionally, we offer USEPA Tier 3 CRMs designed to help fuel manufacturers meet the USEPA Tier 3 program's gasoline sulfur requirements.
As part of our strong commitment to quality, our Petroleum standards are included in our ISO 17034 scope of accreditation. 17034 is one of the most rigorous evaluations available for the manufacture of Certified Reference Materials. In addition to our own internal quality procedures, AccuStandard participates in different external Proficiency Testing Programs (PTPs) to ensure our capabilities to prove quality and integrity in all of our manufactured products.

AccuStandard is a member of ASTM D16 committee on Aromatics, Industrial, Specialty and Related Compounds as well as ASTM committee D02 on Petroleum Products, Liquid Fuels and Lubricants, one of the largest petroleum regulatory bodies exist globally. As an active participant in these committees, AccuStandard is able to offer wide range of petroleum CRMs for over 100 ASTM test methods such as determination of oxygenates and aromatic in gasoline, sulfur content in diesel fuel, mineral oil and other hydrocarbon distillates, and Olefin analysis in Jet fuel.
ASTM Methods for Flash Point (D92, D93, D56), Distillation (D86), Viscosity Calibration (D445), Freezing Point of High Purity Hydrocarbons (D1015), Water in Liquid Petroleum Product by Carl Fischer(D6304), and Cloud Point (D2500) and Pour Point (D97) Calibration Standards.
These standards are for the determination of sulfur content in different petroleum matrices such as #2 Diesel Fuel, light and heavy mineral oil, kerosene and the new and emerging renewable diesel fuel by XRF for ASTM test methods D2622, D3120, D5453, D6334 and others.
PIANO (Parrafins, Isoparaffins, Aromatics, Napthenes, Olefins) for Detailed Hydrocarbon Analysis (DHA)
Detailed Hydrocarbon Analysis is a technique used for the determination of individual hydrocarbons by group type spark-ignition engine fuels. Our PIANO mixtures includes oxygenated blends of ethanol and tert-butyl methyl ether that are ideal for calibration and characterization for ASTM methods D6729, D6730, D6733, D7900 and D8071.
ASTM, EN and IP Test Methods developed to monitor the properties of chemical impurities and physical properties for the application of testing biofuels and biofuel blends.
Liquid hydrocarbon mixtures that are used in a large variety of products for oil-based products that can be obtained by distillation and are normally used outside the refining industry. Petroleum products include aviation gasoline, motor gasoline, jet fuels, kerosene, gas/diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, naphtha, and lubricants.
These standards are designed to meet federal and state monitoring and testing regulations for underground storage tanks. Also includes Gasoline / Diesel Range Hydrocarbons, and Oil, Grease, TPH EPA methods.
