Colorado Cannabis Pesticide Standards for New Regulations

Colorado's Marijuana Enforcement Division is expanding the list of residual pesticides subject to testing and has defined new action limits.

Effective July 1, 2024, cannabis labs in Colorado will be required to test for nearly 100 pesticides in cannabis products, significantly more than current regulations.
